These terms govern your access to and use of the Soldek MGA software platform and website. By using Soldek you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.
The service
Soldek provides AI-native software for managing general agents and coverholders to build products, administer policies, generate bordereaux, manage claims and report on their book. Access is provided on a subscription basis.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter, for keeping credentials secure, for the lawful use of the platform, and for ensuring you hold the necessary regulatory permissions and delegated authority for the business you write.
Availability
We work to keep the platform available and performant, but the service is provided on an “as available” basis and may be subject to maintenance and updates.
Data and ownership
You retain ownership of your business and underwriting data. We process it to deliver the service in line with our Privacy Policy and our agreement with you.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Soldek is not liable for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
