Is there a per-user or per-seat charge?+
No. Soldek is a flat monthly fee per MGA tenant — €2,950 for Small MGA and €3,950 for Large MGA. Add as many underwriters, brokers and admins as you need without the price changing.
What's the difference between Small MGA and Large MGA?+
Both plans include the complete platform with unlimited users and products. Large MGA (€3,950/month) is for MGAs operating at scale across multiple binders and carriers, and adds priority support with a dedicated success manager, advanced reporting and API access, and managed data migration. Is there a setup or implementation fee?+
Not if you're an established MGA. If you already have a product and systems we can migrate, product configuration, data migration and team onboarding are all included in the monthly price. New MGAs starting from scratch do pay a one-off setup fee for building the product and configuring the platform — charged at an hourly rate, typically €2,500–€3,000. It stays that low because we work AI-native.
What's the minimum contract length?+
There isn't one. Soldek is billed monthly and you can cancel any month. No annual contract, no early-termination penalty.
